Perth is a city in Australia, and one of the four starting locations for 
Federation players. Its waypoint coordinates are S 31.5597, E 115.5621.

Perth's spaceport is at a separate location, but it is reasonably close by and can be accessed using /auto from the city without encountering any hostile NPCs. /transport is still recommended, however.
